At Riccas Restaurant, we strive to provide flexibility for our guests while ensuring our seating arrangements are fully utilised. Please review our refund policy for table reservations below:

1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
• Reservations canceled 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled reservation time are eligible for a full refund of the deposit paid.
• Reservations canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled reservation time are non-refundable.
2. How to Cancel Your Reservation
• Cancellations can be made by contacting us via 01626 367169 or from the reservation confirmation email . Please ensure you provide your reservation details when requesting a cancellation.
3. Exceptions
• While we understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances arise, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within the 48-hour period, except in cases where we determine, at our discretion, that an exception is warranted.
4. Refund Processing
• All eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2-3 business days following the cancellation.
